Eligibility to sit for the C|EH certification examination, requires that you have attended training for the C|EH course at any one of EC Council's Accredited Training Centers. (ATCs).

If you attended authorized training and have choosen to test at a later date. (And if you didn't recieve a certified voucher from the ATC as part of your purchase.) You will need to fax your certificate of completion & official transcript to EC Coucnil at 505-341-0050. This processes will allow EC Council to verify that you attended authorized training so that we can issue you an authorization code. YOU WILL NEED THIS CODE ALONG WITH PAYMENT AT PROMETRIC or VUE TO REGISTER FOR THE EXAM!

An EC Council Enrollment Councelor will send you an invoice via Google's Secure Checkout. Google will ask you to create a login id which will take you to the invoice. Enter your choice of major credit card and a payment confirmation will be returned to EC Council. Upon confirmation of payment a voucher "payment" code will be dispensed to you via email. (Keep in mind, if you opt. to self study (See below), you can purchase an exam "payment" voucher at any time, but you will not be eligible to test unless your application is approved.)

Cost
Certification exams are priced according to currency values in available countries. Certification exam prices are subject to change.  In some countries, exam prices may differ and additional taxes may apply. Please contact your ATC for exact pricing.

• Exams with prefix of 212 are priced at $99 U.S.
• Exams with prefix of 112 are priced at $125 U.S.
• Exams with prefix of 312 are priced at $250 U.S.

Important note: Once you pass your exam, your welcome kit can take up to 8 weeks, so hold onto your post exam print out! You are considered certified when you pass your exam.

You can register and take any e-Business certification exams through web based Prometric Prime at http://eccouncil.prime.prometric.com/ Any EC-Council Accredited Training Center can proctor the exam. You cannot take the exam directly through the Internet without a proctor.

Please download and complete Self Study Application Form and fax it to EC-Council at +1-505-341-0050 for verification. Upon approval, EC-Council will send you an eligibility/authorization code which you can use to register and schedule the test at any Authorized Prometric or VUE Testing Center globally. Please note that you will not be permitted to sit for your exam without this eligibility/authorization number. (This application is required for the C|EH, E|CSA and C|HFI exams.) (At this time, the application only depicts C|EH, so fill in the application with the exam you are challenging and the form wiill be updated soon!)

If you have opted for self-study and not attended training, you must have at least two years of information security related experience.

(This experience does not need to be continuous, nor does the experience need to be in your current job. If you feel you have the experience, but aren't sure which is the best way to state it, fill out the application to the best of your ability and submit it. The reveiw committee will let you know what/if any more information is required.)
